Ferrari's second theme park nears completion

Construction of Ferrari's second theme park is nearing completion.
Ferrari Land, being built at PortAventura in Spain is set to open next April, and will be the third park at the resort, and Ferrari's second amusement park after Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi opened in 2010.
Much of the main building work at Ferrari Land has already been completed, with the finishing touches currently being applied to larger areas such as the simulator.
The park will also feature the tallest roller coaster in Europe. The 112 metre high attraction will begin it's testing phase soon.
Scuderia Ferrari's Spanish test driver Marc Gene recently visited the park, and gave his assessment of the park.
"Attractions like the vertical accelerator will allow visitors to experience first-hand some of the sensations of driving a Formula One racing car," he said. "It’s a park for all ages, where even the youngest members of the family can discover the legendary spirit of Ferrari."
The Ferrari Land project is being undertaken by Creative Kingdom Inc and will also feature a 250-room hotel, as well as attractions, retail outlets and restaurants

Theme parks are for kids. Formula One is a sport for the mid-aged.. Won't work!!

It depends, when I was 5 and lived in Germany every kid in my grade watched F1, and I would've loved an F1 theme park. And Ferrari is more than F1, so I think they could make it work.

Same thing when I was a kid - I would've loved it! With the younger generation rising it might as wel work out for them as long as they can take the interest of the yougsters. Let's hope! F1-theme parks, .. at second thought ... I would go!! :)

The theme park in Abu Dhabi has queues that take almost 4 hours for most rides so I think that this theme park might work out. I lived in Abu Dhabi so i know personally.
