Wolff: "Rosberg was the vicious one at Mercedes"

Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff has labelled Nico Rosberg as the vicious one between himself and former rival Lewis Hamilton. Rosberg and Hamilton locked horns for three seasons fighting for the world championship, with Rosberg retiring after winning his first title last year.
When asked who was the real schemer within the team, Wolff replied: "The one who is no longer here. The vicious one. Nico just tried to use all the weapons he had. There were all the psycho games that you can play to destabilise your rival. With Nico and Lewis there may be factors we do not even know about.
"They came from very different environments and raced each other as they grew up. It’s not going to be all plain sailing when two team-mates have a car good enough to win the championship.
"Add in the luggage of the past and the games that are played. Each year there was a biggie (row) that had a major impact on their relationship. When you operate at that high level as a sportsman you are certainly sensitive. Both were. It affected them both."

He's certainly not going to point to Lewis, their current driver, and say "he was the vicious one, he played mind games"...

Of course not. He should, however, STFU about Rosberg at this point, as it reflects badly on him as well, sounding like a heartbroken teenager. Not to mention the fact that he let this"bullying" go on, without addressing it.
From the outside, Hamilton looked to be the aggressor though.

What point does Wolff want to make here!? Why does he bring this out in the media even if it was true? On the track Hamilton seemed the agressive one with lack of respect. Don't get it why Toto brings this up, it serves no one

He'll just say butthurt turds shits are not good for Mercedes, which ofcourse the rest of the world + dog already knows. He'll probably even admit regret not being able to sign Alonso when they really needed him.

Toto could hardly say what he has said in the middle of last season so I prefer to think that he is clearing his conscience. I lost count of the number of times Rosberg used his car like a bus to drive Lewis off of the track and it only back-fired on him once. Even with all of his reliability problem and start problems, I think Lewis would have been a clear champion if Rosberg had played fair. The judges should pulled him up short early on.

Rosberg did it once... Hamilton did it three times in succession with Rosberg, and one unconnected. And then we have the number of times HamHam took shortcuts and did gain advantages from them while only getting a warning... *cough*Mexico*cough*.
