Mercedes does not get a penalty, Lewis keeps his win in Monza

A couple of minutes ago the FIA has issued the conclusion on the Tyre pressure issue

The Mercedes F1 team does not receive a penalty and Lewis will keep his race win.

    When they impose such rules it needs to be clear when and in what conditions the pressure is measured. If you impose a new rule it should be done in such a manner that their cannot be any discussion afterwards.
