Since early 2014 Formula One has used a penalty point system to punish drivers. If a driver, within a twelve month period, collects twelve penalty points, they receive an automatic one race suspension.
Here is a list of drivers with penalty points to their name after the German Grand Prix in 2016 and the moment when the next penalty will expire.
Six drivers have no penalty points behind their name.

Im not sure if the list is comprehensive. E.g Hamilton is supposed to still have penalty points (the highest amount, mind you). Hardly surprising to see Vettel in the bottom. Button is also missing on the list, so either its another missed driver or he doesnt have any points at all (I think he do have 1, maybe 2 points from last year, when he collided with Maldonado).
