Felipe Nasr: "It was like a dream come true"

Felipe Nasr finished the Brazilian Grand Prix in eighth position meaning that Sauber now leapfrog Manor in the constructor standings for the all important prize money.

Nasr didn't make a pit-stop during the race, meaning he gained positions from people who tested the waters on intermediate tyres.

The 24-year-old started his second home Grand Prix from the back row of the grid but recovered well to take home Sauber's first points of the season.

"It was amazing, it was like a dream come true. I could not imagine a better way of scoring these two points than at my home Grand Prix.

"I was hoping the race was going to finish early as we were higher up, but I am still happy for the team, two points that will hopefully give them an extra motivation.

"It was a while since I scored my last points in F1. It feels great, it feels like a victory from the difficult situation we were facing."
