McLaren verliest teamlid aan NASCAR

Steve Hallam, hoofd van raceoperaties bij McLaren, verruilt aan het einde van het jaar de Formule 1 voor NASCAR. Hallam is al sinds 1990 werkzaam voor McLaren en was onder andere werkzaam als engineer aan de wagens van Ayrton Senna en Mika Hakkinen.

Nu vindt hij het dus tijd voor iets nieuws. McLaren-directeur Martin Whitmarsh: “Ik begrijp zijn wens om zijn vleugels uit te slaan en ik wens hem het beste voor de toekomst.” McLaren verwelkomde in Monza ook een nieuw teamlid. Andrew Bailey is het nieuwe hoofdontwerper.

    Vraag maar eens meneer Haug, STRONT voor dank is het verhaal naar 18 jaar vind hij het tijd voor iets nieuws wie gelooft dat? Ik niet Kijk uit Bailey het is een slangenput waar je daar in stapt
