David Hobbs viert vandaag zijn 77ste verjaardag

Oud Formule 1-coureur David Hobbs is vandaag jarig. De Brit heeft de leeftijd van 77 jaar bereikt. Hobbs was eind jaren zestig en begin jaren zeventig van de vorige eeuw actief in de Formule 1. Hij reed zes Grands Prix voor teams als BRM, Honda en McLaren. Hij scoorde geen punten. De felicitaties gaan uit naar de jarige Hobbs.

    Hij heeft er wel een mooie strijkplank aan overgehouden.

    Behalve zes F1 races heeft hij nog veel meer gedaan. Hij is tig keer in Le Mans gestart en heeft daar wel aansprekende resultaten behaald. Volgens mij ook F5000 maar dat zou ik even op moeten zoeken.
    In ieder geval gefeliciteerd David, je bent er nog!
