Video: De op- en afbouw van een pitbox in F1

Elk Grand Prix-weekend werken de monteurs van de teams zich uit de naad om de pitboxen gebruiksklaar af te leveren en na afloop van de race weer af te bouwen. Daar is doorgaans weinig tot geen aandacht voor, maar McLaren zet deze 'helden van achter de schermen' even in het zonnetje. Mark Baker geeft tekst en uitleg over de logistieke uitdagingen die komen kijken bij de op- en afbouw van een pitbox.

    je zou denken dat sea freight veel te langzaam is!?! ... maar blijkbaar toch niet.

      Daarom hebben ze ook 5 van deze sets die naar de verschillende circuits vooruit gezonden worden.
