Video: Leclerc verrast Sainz met een partypopper

Gisteren vierde Ferrari-coureur Carlos Sainz zijn 28ste verjaardag. Ferrari liet de verjaardag van de Spaanse coureur niet onopgemerkt voorbij gaan. Sainz kreeg in Zandvoort een grote taart van Ferrari en zijn collega's zongen vanzelfsprekend ook een verjaardagsliedje. Ook zijn teamgenoot Charles Leclerc had een verrassing in petto.

Leclerc verstopte zich in de kamer van Sainz in het motorhome. De Monegaskische coureur had voor de gelegenheid een partypopper meegenomen en slingers opgehangen in het kamertje. Op de verrassing goed vast te leggen had Leclerc een cameraatje op zijn hoofd gebonden. Leclerc moest eventjes wachten maar kon daarna zijn plannetje uitvoeren.

    Sainz: "No Charles, I'm used to see you coming, as a matter of fact, I'm getting more and more used to see you disappearing..." ;-)

    Mijn vriendin is niet jarig vandaag, maar ik heb ze vanmorgen toch 'n partypopper gegeven........en ze was eigenlijk helemaal niet verrast.
