Harvey en Venturini triomferen voor het eerst

Jack Harvey en Giovanni Venturini hebben allebei hun eerste zege in de GP3 geboekt op het circuit van Silverstone. Zo houdt de reeks van verschillende winnaars in evenveel wedstrijden aan. Tio Ellinas, Aaro Vainio, Conor Daly en Robert Visoiu gingen Harvey en Venturini voor in 2013.

Ellinas scoorde slechts veertien punten, maar heeft nog steeds de koppositie in de tussenstand in handen. Achter hem zijn het telkens anderen die punten inlopen. De Cyprioot heeft 69 punten. Kevin Korjus bezet nu de tweede plek met 69 punten. Daly verliet Silverstone met lege handen, maar staat nog derde met 51 punten. De eerste race van het weekend bevatte een zware crash van Patrick Kujala, hieronder de beelden.
