Bird heeft de smaak te pakken, Frijns achtste

Sam Bird verkeert in goede vorm. Na zijn winst in Monaco spreidde hij in de tweede training in Spa-Francorchamps ook het beste tempo tentoon. De coureur van ISR had 1:58.838 nodig voor rondje door de regenachtige Belgische Ardennen.

Richie Stanaway en Kevin Magnussen gaven respectievelijk slechts drie en vier honderdsten toe op Bird. Robin Frijns stond lang in de top vier, maar zakte in de laatste minuut naar P8, inclusief een probleem. Vlak voor het vallen van de vlag stopte de Nederlander in de derde sector. Alexander Rossi schoof nog van de baan. Vittorio Ghirelli en Giovanni Venturini kwam tot stilstand op het circuit.

    Onwijs kleine verschillen. Frijns zat 2tiende van Bird af. de top3 binnen de 1tiende. Heb zin in morgen! Live op eurosport race1

      Ik wil de feestvreugde niet bederven, maar live is het zeker niet met de hele dag Roland Garros op Eurosport 1 en 2.

      ahh shit, idd kennie.. Je hebt gelijk. Dan maar alles eraan doen om een stream te vinden voor morgen. Als ik er 1 vind dan laat ik het hier weten. Hopelijk komt die link dan een beetje op tijd door het filter.

      Meestal kun je wel een stream vinden op het internet. Zoek anders via sopcast naar Kanal 12 uit Estland, die zendt allebei de races live uit

      Bedankt, maar zou het kunnen dat die stream nu nog niet te vinden is op sopcast? Ik zie nergens kanal 12.

      Is zeker fijn inderdaad. De World Series by Renault zijn altijd gratis te bezoeken, tenminste, zo is het al een tijdje! Ik weet eigenlijk niet of dit alleen op Spa is of ook op de andere circuits. Maar het is zeker de moeite waard om er eens naartoe te gaan, want je krijgt toch een mooi raceweekend voorgeschoteld. En dat nog gratis ook. ;)
