Susie Stoddart, die sinds haar huwelijk met Williams-aandeelhouder Toto Wolff door het leven gaat als Susie Wolff, is ook komend seizoen van de partij in de DTM. De 29-jarige Britse bestuurt ook dit jaar weer een Mercedes, te weten de roze TV Spielfilm C-Coupé.

Susie Wolff: Sinds mijn debuut in de DTM in 2006 heb ik me altijd thuis gevoeld binnen de familie van Mercedes-Benz. Ik ben dan ook heel blij dat we die relatie voort zetten in 2012. Ik ben zeer gemotiveerd en heb hard getraind om me mentaal en fysiek voor te bereiden op een spannend en competitief seizoen. Met nieuwe auto's en nieuwe reglementen begint iedereen weer op nul. En de komst van BMW als extra autofabrikant belooft een intrigerende en opwindende strijd met Mercedes en Audi op te leveren.
