Rush, de film over het Formule 1-seizoen 1976 en de rivaliteit tussen Niki Lauda en James Hunt, is genomineerd voor een Golden Globe in de categorie Beste Drama. De Golden Globes worden op 12 januari 2014 uitgereikt.

Naast de nominatie voor Rush is ook acteur Daniel Bruhl genomineerd voor zijn vertolking van Niki Lauda. Hij maakt in de categorie Beste Mannelijke Bijrol kans op een award. Rush bracht wereldwijd tot nu toe zo'n 90 miljoen dollar op.
