Formula Acceleration 1 ontvouwt plannen op donderdag

De initiatiefnemers om de A1 Grand Prix nieuw leven in te blazen geven donderdag tekst en uitleg over hun plannen voor Acceleration 2014, waarin de Formula Acceleration 1 centraal staat. De eerste ontmoeting staat gepland voor het weekend van 25 april, in Portimao.

Acceleration 2014 omvat weekenden waarin auto- en motorsport gekoppeld worden aan entertainment en muziek. De bedoeling is om hele families te boeien en naar de circuits te lokken. In de drie autosportklasses en twee motorsportklasses gaan landenteams de strijd met elkaar aan.
