Jean Todt wil Ferrari helpen als het nodig is

Aan bovenstaande foto te zien lijkt het nog niet echt nodig, maar Jean Todt is bereid de nieuwe teammanager van Ferrari, Stefano Domenicali, te helpen waar hij maar kan. De Fransman trad eind vorig jaar af als teambaas en is nu adviseur voor het Italiaanse team.

Todt: "Mijn ervaring zou best nuttig kunnen zijn om het team vooruit te blijven helpen. Als Stefano mijn hulp nodig heeft, zal ik hem zeker helpen. In tijden dat de druk hoog is, kan iemand die je mag en vertrouwd om je heen heel belangrijk zijn. Het lijkt traditie als iemand aftreedt om je oude team met de grond gelijk te maken. Maar zo ben ik niet. Ik steun Ferrari voor de volle 100 procent."
