Eddie Jordan dwarsboomt Force India

Voormalig teameigenaar Eddie Jordan heeft de toegangsweg naar de fabriek van Force India geblokkeerd. De Ier verkocht zijn renstal een paar jaar geleden aan Midland, dat overging in Spyker en wat dit jaar is getransformeerd in Force India. Jordan is echter nog wel eigenaar van het terrein rondom de fabriek. Omdat Force India de grond niet van hem wil kopen, heeft hij betonblokken voor de ingang laten plaatsen.

Jordan wacht al twee jaar op een gesprek met de eigenaren van de fabriek om het stukje land te verkopen. Ik moet dit een halt toeroepen. Het is gewoon tijd om het gesprek met mij aan te gaan. Ik heb voor die weg betaald en op mijn land laten aanleggen. Ik heb ook geen problemen met Vijah Mallya (eigenaar van Force India, red.). Mijn dispuut is met de mensen die de fabriek runnen en niet willen praten, aldus Eddie Jordan.
