Scuderia Toro Rosso weet niks van sterkere Ferrari-motor

Scuderia Toro Rosso rijdt vandaag voor het eerst met hun nieuwe auto, maar teameigenaar Gerhard Berger weet niks van de verhalen dat de STR3 uitgerust zal worden met een sterkere motor van Ferrari. De geruchten gaan dat Ferrari in Maleisië een nieuwe motor heeft geïntroduceerd en nu bereid is om klantenteams Scuderia Toro Rosso en Force India dezelfde krachtbron te leveren.

En volgens Motorsport Aktuell levert de nieuwe V8-motor 25 pk meer dan de vorige versie. Berger zegt echter nergens iets vanaf te weten. Als dat verhaal waar is, dan zit het in ieder geval niet in onze auto. Ik kan me dat niet voorstellen. De nieuwe Scuderia Toro Rosso STR3 zal bij de Grand Prix van Turkije zijn vuurdoop meemaken.
