BMW Sauber heeft veel vertrouwen voor Monaco

BMW Sauber was de afgelopen twee races minder nadrukkelijk aanwezig in de top. De Duitse renstal legde in de eerste drie races het vuur aan de schenen van Ferrari en McLaren, maar in Barcelona en met name afgelopen weekend in Turkije was het team duidelijk de derde macht. Bij de volgende race, in Monaco, wil BMW Sauber zich weer mengen in de strijd om de podiumplekken.

Teambaas Mario Theissen is positief gestemd voor Monaco. Voor de volgende race heb ik veel vertrouwen, de auto moet het daar goed doen en in Monaco kunnen wij sterk voor de dag komen. Montreal is een ander verhaal, maar we hebben wat ontwikkelingen lopen die ons daar verder moeten helpen. Onze auto past bij het circuit van Monaco en omgekeerd, dus we hebben alle reden om uit te kijken naar de volgende Grand Prix.
