Horner: "Webber steekt in de vorm van zijn leven"

Red Bull Racing-teambaas Christian Horner is zeer te spreken over de prestaties van zijn coureur Mark Webber. De Australiër scoorde in de afgelopen vier races telkens punten en is inmiddels opgerukt naar een zevende plek in het kampioenschap.

Horner: Mark is in de vorm van zijn leven en ik vind hem dit jaar geweldig rijden. Hij heeft enkele indrukkwekkende dingen laten zien in de afgelopen vier Grands Prix en hij heeft een goede start van het seizoen achter de rug.

Dat kan niet gezegd worden van diens teamgenoot David Coulthard, die nog op nul punten staat. Horner: David heeft veel pech gehad, maar in Istanbul zat hij er weer goed bij. Dat is heel positief voor het team. We hebben het volste vertrouwen in onze beide coureurs en denken dat ze allebei in staat zijn om punten voor ons binnen te halen.
