Barrichello wil het verschil maken in Valencia

Zondag vindt de eerste Grand Prix op het Circuito Urbano de Valencia plaats en Rubens Barrichello denkt dat het stratencircuit in zijn voordeel speelt. De Honda-coureur moet het van dit soort mogelijkheden hebben om mooie resultaten neer te zetten. Een nieuw circuit geeft de coureur de kans om het verschil te maken.

Barrichello vervolgt: Een circuit waar we nog nooit geweest zijn zorgt altijd voor grotere verschillen in het veld. De feedback die je als rijder aan je team geeft, wordt heel belangrijk. Ook de vrije trainingen en de ronde die ik samen met de engineers op donderdag over de baan loop zullen van cruciaal belang zijn. Omdat niemand data heeft van voorgaande races op dit circuit wordt het moeilijk de auto goed af te stellen. Ervaring kan daar zeker bij helpen. Wij zijn goed voorbereid en ik heb in ieder geval zin in het weekend in Valencia.
