Heidfeld gelooft in titelaspiraties BMW Sauber voor 2009

Nick Heidfeld is er heilig van overtuigd dat zijn werkgever BMW Sauber serieus kans maakt op de wereldtitel Formule 1 in 2009. De Duitse renstal hield zich tot nu toe feilloos aan het door de leiding opgestelde stappenplan, waarin staat dat volgend jaar een serieuze gooi naar het kampioenschap gedaan moet worden.

En dat is absoluut niet onrealistisch, vertelt Heidfeld op de Duitse site sport1.de. Tot op heden heeft het team altijd haar eigen doelstellingen waargemaakt. Zelf heeft de Duitser voor volgend seizoen vooralsnog maar één wens: Ik hoop in 2009 weer sneller ben dan mijn teamgenoot Robert Kubica te zijn.
