Coulthard: "Grand Prix-zeges vallen in het niet bij geboorte zoon"

David Coulthard nam van 1994 tot en met 2008 deel aan de Formule 1, maar een paar weken na zijn laatste Grand Prix is hij gelukkiger dan ooit. De reden daarvoor is zijn pasgeboren zoon, die van zijn ouders de naam Dayton Minier Coulthard heeft meegekregen.

In The Herald deelt de Schot mede: Ik mag me enorm gelukkig prijzen met de bijna vijftien jaar die ik als coureur in de Formule 1 doorbracht, daar had ik als kleine jongen nooit van durven dromen. Maar niets is te vergelijken met de geboorte van mijn zoon en daarbij vallen mijn dertien Grand Prix-zeges in het niet.
