Toro Rosso legde Buemi drie weken geleden al vast

Sebastien Buemi heeft onthuld dat hij al drie weken wist dat hij in 2009 zijn Formule 1-racedebuut voor Scuderia Toro Rosso zou maken. Pas afgelopen vrijdag maakte de Italiaanse renstal het nieuws officieel bekend.

Buemi verklapte in Blick echter dat hij voor de kerst van 2008 al duidelijkheid had. Ik tekende mijn contract op 22 december. Maar ik mocht het niet in de publiciteit brengen voordat het team mijn komst had aangekondigd.
