James Courtney gaat naar Japan

De Australiër James Courtney rijdt dit seizoen in Japan. Hij zal hier voor het TOM's Toyota team gaan rijden in het Japanse Formule 3 kampioenschap.

Courtney, die afgelopen seizoen testcoureur van Jaguar was hoopte op een stoeltje bij het Arden International om dit seizoen in de F3000 te gaan racen. Dat lukte echter niet en daarom is Courtney naar Japan vertrokken.

Courtney hoopt in Japan een stevige basis voor zijn toekomst in de Formule 1 te gaan leggen, en misschien is dat wel bij Toyota.
