Mercedes staat niet achter nieuw kampioenschapmodel

Mercedes-motorsportbaas Norbert Haug schaart zich bij de grote groep Formule 1-fans die tegen een winner-takes-all model is. De internationale autosportbond FIA nam in de regels voor 2010 echter wel op dat de coureur met de meeste zeges automatisch de titel wint.

Volgens Haug geen goede maatregel. Hier moeten we zeker nog op terugkomen. Ik geloof dat we geen dingen moeten veranderen die al goed in elkaar steken en ik ben van mening dat we op dit moment een goede Formule 1 hebben.
