Brawn GP reist naar Turkije met nieuwe voorvleugel

Brawn GP verdedigt in Turkije een ruime voorsprong in beide kampioenschappen. De Britse renstal verslapt niet. In een poging de concurrentie voor te blijven introduceren de manschappen van Ross Brawn op Istanbul Park enkele updates voor de BGP 001, waaronder een nieuwe voorvleugel.

Teambaas Ross Brawn verklaart: De Grand Prix van Monaco was een geweldig weekend voor Jenson Button, Rubens Barrichello, Mercedes-Benz en de rest van het team. Iedereen presteerde op het toppen van zijn of haar kunnen, resulterend in onze derde dubbelzege van het seizoen. Monaco is een uniek circuit en we weten dat de concurrenten in Turkije weer sterk voor de dag komen. Het ontwikkelingswerk aan de BGP 001 gaat onverminderd door en we introduceren in Turkije een nieuwe voorvleugel alsmede enkele andere aerodynamische upgrades en nieuwe elementen voor de achterwielophanging.
