Horner ontkent onvoorwaardelijke inschrijving Red Bull-teams

Red Bull Racing-teambaas Christian Horner heeft de geruchten dat de twee Red Bull-teams hun voorwaarden voor inschrijving voor 2010 in hebben getrokken als onzin bestempeld. Op motorsport-total.com zegt hij over de verhalen: Die zijn absoluut onwaar.

De FOTA bestaat na de schorsing van privéteams Force India en Williams nog uit de grote autofabrikanten, de twee Red Bull-renstallen en Brawn GP. Vandaag wordt duidelijk of de FOTA-leden opgenomen worden op de deelnemerslijst van 2010. Gisteren ondernam de internationale autosportbond FIA nog een laatste poging om de plooien over de invoering van een budgetlimiet glad te strijken. Het resultaat is onbekend, meer duidelijkheid zal volgen bij het publiceren van de deelnemerslijst voor 2010, wat voor het middaguur verwacht wordt.
