Mark Webber gelooft in winstkansen voor Silverstone

Mark Webber neemt veel optimisme mee naar de Grand Prix van Groot-Brittannië. De Australiër heeft er alle vertrouwen in dat zijn team Red Bull Racing dit weekend op Silverstone mee gaat doen om de zege. Webber: We maken veel kans op de winst.

Hij gaat verder: Het resultaat in Turkije was goed, het enige teleurstellende was de achterstand op Jenson Button. Het gat was dit seizoen nog niet zo groot. In Monaco ging hij niet tot het gaatje, maar bij alle andere evenement was het verschil niet groot.

Brawn GP was op Istanbul Park zeer sterk en we hopen dat het hier op Silverstone niet het geval is. Maar met dromen kom je er niet, we moeten het zelf op de baan doen. We willen ze in het droge verslaan en dat gaan we proberen te doen.
