Ecclestone legt 2010-kalender met achttien races bij teams neer

Bernie Ecclestone en de teams hebben in Valencia de kalender voor 2010 besproken. De commerciële baas van de Formule 1 presenteerde in de Spaanse havenstad een schema met achttien Grands Prix, één meer dan dit seizoen.

De enige toevoeging is de teruggekeerde Grand Prix van Canada. De Grand Prix van Duitsland op de Hockenheimring is gewoon opgenomen op de kalender. De Britse Grand Prix prijkt ook op het schema en zal plaatshebben op Donington Park of Silverstone. Een andere mogelijke mutatie betreft de Grand Prix van Europa, die voortaan wellicht in juni of juli gehouden wordt in plaats van in augustus.
