Mercedes ziet geen heil in idee voor drie auto’s per team

Motorleverancier Mercedes is geen voorstander van het voorstel van Ferrari om voortaan drie auto’s per team aan Grands Prix deel te laten nemen. Eerder al liet het team van Williams weten een dergelijk plan sowieso te blokkeren.

Norbert Haug, motorsportbaas bij Mercedes, geeft op a-z.ch toe dat dit idee ook bij hem niet op goedkeuring kan rekenen. “Over dit plan is niet goed nagedacht. Ferrari komt hier alleen maar mee omdat ze zoveel coureurs onder contract hebben.”

    Ze zijn gewoon bang voor een terugkeer van MS!!!

    Als die terugkomt dan zijn ze bij de andere teams een hoop media aandacht kwijt!!!

    En mogelijk zelfs de wereldtitel ;)

      Mocht dat al waar zijn dan zal er dit weekend wel meer bekent worden. Schumacher kwam toch naar Monza om over zijn toekomst te praten? Lijkt me sterk dat hij terugkomt iig.

    Hahaa , nee natuurlijk wil Mercedes dit niet aangezien ze van plan zijn om een meerderheids belang in rawm Gp willen . Dan hebben ze straks al 4 auto,s rondrijden dus waarom zou je er 6 willen als je grootste concurrent er maar twee heeft . Lol.
    @Brandje ik neem aan dat het een grapje was aangezien de knipoog .

    moeten ze ook verbieden om meer als twee teams van motoren te voorzien haug heeft er nu 6 rijden lekker ventje met zo\'n uitspraak

      Ja, dat is precies hetzelfde. NOT!

      Denk het idee nou even door. Voor jouw geliefde Ferrari is het misschien (op de korte termijn) leuk en voor nog 2 of 3 grote teams, maar dan heeft het voor de andere teams bijna geen zin meer om mee te doen.
