Todt sluit FIA-rol voor tegenstander Vatanen niet uit

De nieuwbakken FIA-voorzitter Jean Todt heeft wellicht een positie in gedachten voor de man die het in de verkiezingen tegen hem opnam, Ari Vatanen. De vorige FIA-president Max Mosley gaf die voorzet al en Todt sluit het niet bij voorbaat uit.

Tegen persbureau AFP verklaarde Todt: Vatanen had een lijst met steunbetuigers en ik had dat ook. Op dit moment sluit ik geen enkele uitkomst uit. Competente mensen kunnen we altijd goed gebruiken.
