Renault benoemt James Allison tot nieuwe technisch directeur

Het team van Renault heeft wat wijzigingen doorgevoerd aan de technische afdeling. Sinds het gedwongen vertrek van Flavio Briatore en Pat Symonds vulde technisch directeur Bob Bell de positie van teambaas in, zonder dat iemand zijn rol overnam.

James Allison is nu benoemd tot nieuwe technisch directeur, wat een indicatie is dat Bell doorgaat in de leiding van het team. Teammanager Steve Nielsen is gepromoveerd tot sportief directeur en neemt een deel van de taken van Symonds voor zijn rekening.
