Het plan van de teams om allemaal samen de nieuwe auto voor 2010 te presenteren neemt steeds vastere vormen aan. Spaanse media weten nu te melden dat de plaats en datum min of meer vast staan. De renstallen bespreken het idee deze week nog in Monaco.

Valencia is de stad waarin het moet gebeuren. De geplande datum is 30 januari en de beoogde locatie is het Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias-complex. Twee dagen later begint de eerste groepstest op het nabij gelegen Circuit Ricardo Tormo.
