De la Rosa en twee nieuwe sponsors op weg naar Sauber

Het lijkt slechts een kwestie van tijd voordat Pedro de la Rosa officieel gepresenteerd wordt als racecoureur bij Sauber. F1Today.nl bracht dit nieuws vorige week al en de Spaanse krant AS meldt nu dat een bekendmaking een dezer dagen volgt.

De la Rosa reed zijn laatste Grand Prix in 2006 als vervanger van Juan Pablo Montoya bij McLaren. Bij datzelfde team is de Spanjaard al jarenlang testrijder. Naast De la Rosa zou Sauber ook twee nieuwe sponsors hebben weten te strikken. Een daarvan zou Universia, een onderdeel van Banco Santander, zijn. Banco Santander is zelf al sponsor bij McLaren en Ferrari.
