Ferrari laatste hoofdstuk in Formule 1 voor Raikkonen

Voor Kimi Raikkonen is Ferrari waarschijnlijk zijn laatste werkgever in de Formule 1. De Fin keerde dit jaar terug bij de Scuderia en ziet zichzelf tot zijn pensioen voor de Scuderia uitkomen. De wereldkampioen van 2007 ligt tot eind 2015 vast bij Ferrari.

Raikkonen is met zijn 34 jaar de oudste coureur op de grid, een paar maanden ouder dan Jenson Button. De Fin zegt in Sport Bild: "Ik ben blij om terug te zijn bij Ferrari en ik weet zeker dat ik niet meer van team wissel. Ik zal niet voor eeuwig in de Formule 1 rijden. Tijdens mijn eerste periode bij Ferrari zei ik al dat ik hier mijn loopbaan af zou sluiten. Zoals je nu kunt zien ben ik een man van mijn woord."
