Teams balen van regen, maar vinden geen alternatief voor Jerez

De derde testsessie ter voorbereiding op het seizoen 2010 begint woensdag en vindt gewoon zoals gepland plaats op het Circuito de Jerez. De teams hebben echter gedacht aan andere locaties, vanwege het slechte weer in het zuiden van Spanje.

De afgelopen testweek viel al een behoorlijke hoeveelheid regen en de verwachtingen voor komende week zijn nog slechter. De voorspellingen geven vier dagen met veel neerslag aan. Pogingen om de test te verplaatsen naar Valencia of Portimao liepen desondanks op niets uit. BMW Sauber-teammanager Beat Zehnder in Blick: De alternatieve circuits waren bezet. Bovendien is het weer ook daar een onzekere factor.
