Dakar: Roma tekent voor twee jaar bij X-Raid Mini bij

X-Raid Mini leed de afgelopen weken gevoelige verliezen met het vertrek van Stephane Peterhansel en Nasser Al-Attiyah, maar het team heeft nu wel het contract van Nani Roma verlengd. Roma won Dakar dit jaar en is in elk geval voor 2015 en 2016 vastgelegd door X-Raid Mini.

Roma: "De afgelopen maanden zijn uniek geweest. Ik zegevierde voor het eerst op vier wielen in Dakar en de nasleep was ook bijzonder. De publieke belangstelling was immens. Niet alleen in Spanje, maar overal. Door bij te tekenen bij X-Raid Mini zetten we een belangrijke stap op weg naar Dakar 2015. Ik ben verguld om de samenwerking met dit team voort te zetten. De afgelopen Dakars hebben we bewezen dat Mini zeer moeilijk te kloppen is."
