Emanuele Pirro adviseert stewards in Hongarije

Emanuele Pirro is door de internationale autosportbond FIA opgeroepen om de stewards tijdens de Grand Prix van Duitsland op de Nürburgring bij te staan. Sinds zijn eerste keer in Abu Dhabi 2010 duikt de Italiaan regelmatig op als adviseur voor de wedstrijdleiding.

Pirro heeft zelf in de Formule 1 gereden. In 37 Grands Prix namens Benetton en Scuderia Italia scoorde hij 3 punten. Meer furore maakte hij in de 24 Uur van Le Mans. De 50-jarige Italiaan schreef de lange afstands-race vijf keer op zijn naam.
