Toro Rosso rekruteert Egginton als head of vehicle performance

Scuderia Toro Rosso heeft Jody Egginton weggeplukt bij Caterham F1 Team. De Brit zal bij de Italiaanse renstal de positie van head of vehicle performance gaan bekleden. Bij Caterham was hij werkzaam als operationeel directeur.

Egginton was vijf jaar in dienst bij Caterham, oorspronkelijk als hoofdengineer. Daarvoor functioneerde hij vijf jaar als race-engineer bij Force India. Bij Toro Rosso zal hij nauw samenwerken met technisch directeur James Key.
