Sauber stelt voorlopig geen reserverijder aan

Het team van Sauber heeft momenteel geen reservecoureur achter de hand en daar komt voorlopig geen verandering in. De Zwitserse renstal doet het vooralsnog zonder mogelijke vervanger voor Pedro de la Rosa en Kamui Kobayashi.

De afgelopen jaren was Christian Klien verbonden aan BMW Sauber als test- en reservecoureur. De Oostenrijker zit nu zonder contract in de Formule 1, maar Sauber heeft momenteel niemand nodig en laat de positie onbemand. Een woordvoerder van het team liet F1Today.nl: "Dit ligt nog helemaal open en we kunnen geen namen noemen."
