Statement Mie University Hospital omtrent crash Bianchi

Zoals eerder al verkondigd door de vader van Jules Bianchi, wordt de Marussia-coureur momenteel geopereerd in het Mie University Hospital. Het ziekenhuis waar de Fransman behandeld wordt, heeft zojuist een statement uitgebracht waarin gesproken wordt over de situatie van Bianchi.

"Een CT-scan heeft aangetoond dat Jules Bianchi ernstige hoofdletsel heeft opgelopen. Momenteel wordt hij geopereerd. Vervolgens zal hij worden overgeplaatst naar de intensive care, waar hij verder gemonitord zal worden. Het Mie General Hospital zal zo snel mogelijk een update uitbrengen waarin verdere informatie wordt verschaft," zo luidt het statement.
