Massa: "Ferrari is ongeveer even snel als Red Bull Racing"

Ferrari-coureur Felipe Massa is niet net zo onder de indruk van de snelheid van Red Bull Racing als zijn collega van McLaren, Lewis Hamilton. De Engelsman gelooft dat Red Bull Racing een enorme voorsprong op de rest heeft. Die stelling gaat voor Ferrari niet op, zo denkt Massa.

De Braziliaan kwalificeerde zich in Bahrein vlak achter Sebastian Vettel en hij hield hem tijdens de race in het vizier. "In de wintertests zette Red Bull Racing niet echt snelle tijden neer, maar in de lange runs viel me al op dat ze een zeer strak tempo hanteerden. Al met al waren wij ongeveer van hetzelfde niveau. Dat benadrukt het belang om de auto goed door te ontwikkelen en elke race met verbeteringen proberen te komen."
