FIA verlaagt maximum snelheid in pitstraat voor Australië

Voor de kwalificatie en de race op het circuit van Albert Park in Melbourne dit weekend gelden lagere maximum snelheden in de pits dan normaal. Op verzoek van wedstrijddirecteur Charlie Whiting heeft de internationale autosportbond FIA aanpassingen doorgevoerd.

Bij andere Grands Prix is de maximum snelheid tijdens de kwalificatie en de race 100 kilometer per uur. In Australië is nu 60 kilometer per uur de limiet.
