Lenny Kravitz treedt op na Grand Prix in Maleisië

De Maleisische Grand Prix wordt dit jaar weer gevolgd door een optreden van een bekende artiest. De trend dat organisatoren van Formule 1-evenementen naast het racen nog meer entertainment aanbieden heeft ook Sepang in zijn greep. Dat meldt de New Straits Times.

Niemand minder dan Lenny Kravitz zal op zondag 29 maart na de wedstrijd het podium betreden. Toegang is gratis voor iedereen met een kaartje voor de race. Kravitz treedt wel vaker op in het randprogramma van de Formule 1, vorig jaar in Rusland bijvoorbeeld nog.

Sepang-directeur Razlan Razali: "Dit jaar wilden we onze trouwe bezoekers bedanken voor alle steun door het concert na de race open te stellen voor iedereen. Voorheen was het alleen voor degenen met een tribunekaart gratis, maar nu is dat voor alle toeschouwers."
