Kvyat blij met niveau dat hij deze winter heeft bereikt

Daniil Kvyat reed gisteren zijn laatste testdag deze winter. De Rus geeft vandaag en morgen de RB11 aan teamgenoot Daniel Ricciardo en kan zich daardoor volledig focussen op de start van het seizoen volgende maand in Melbourne.

Kvyat eindigde vrijdag slechts op de achtste plaats met een 1:26.965. De Red Bull Racing-coureur had last van een sensorprobleem waardoor maar 84 ronden afgelegd konden worden: "We hadden een paar problemen vandaag, hoewel ze niet al te serieus waren. Hoewel het fijn zou zijn geweest om wat meer rondjes te rijden, hebben wij alsnog veel werk kunnen doen vandaag. Je wil altijd meer en je bent altijd op zoek naar verbetering, maar over het algemeen ben ik blij."

"Vandaag was mijn laatste testdag en ik ben blij met het niveau dat ik heb bereikt de afgelopen weken. Ik denk dat wij op dit moment de goede kant opgaan. Er is een goede chemie met het team en daarnaast weten we hoe wij ons moeten verbeteren en wat voor werk wij nog moeten doen voor Melbourne."

IK denk dat het zomaar zou kunnen dat Max tijdens de races deze Kvyat het best wel eens moeilijk kan maken.
