'Oude garde' heeft geen advies voor Verstappen

Max Verstappen behoorde vandaag tot de zes coureurs die op moesten draven voor de persconferentie voorafgaand aan de Grand Prix van Australië. De jonge Nederlander werd geflankeerd door Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo, Valtteri Bottas en Kevin Magnussen. Op de vraag of ze nog advies hadden voor de 17-jarige debutant van Scuderia Toro Rosso moest de 'oude garde' het antwoord schuldig blijven.

      Je hebt Noord en Zuid Holland... kijk ik woon in de achterhoek als iemand zegt Hollander dan corrigeer ik hem dat ik een Nederlander ben :P
      Beetje flauw maar vond wel grappig om te vermelden :P

      Mijn voorspelling is dat Max zich als achtste kwalificeert en Giedo op P15. Max finished uiteindelijk als zevende, waar Giedo na de eerste ronde zonder benzine helaas moet uitvallen.

      Het leukste is dat ik hem qua rijstijl, agressiviteit en gedrag op de baan juist heel erg op Hamilton vind lijken... Wie weet zit hij over tien, twaalf jaar ook zo over een jong broekie te praten!

    Andy 102 heeft gelijk.

    Vandaag stond in de krant dat hij vooralsnog een Belgisch paspoort heeft. Hij is de zoon van een Belgische moeder (Kumpen) en natuurlijk Jos Verstappen.
    Maar van zodra hij meerderjarig is zou hij opteren voor de Nederlandse nationaliteit. (Natuurlijk om fiscale redenen, tot hij naar Monaco verkast...Niet voor de windmolens en de kaas:))

    Inderdaad wat een broekie, had er liever Frijns zien zitten.

    ik vind het echt helemaal fantachtisch dat onze Max daar gewoon tussen zit, en in dit geval niet omdat hij bij ren je rot heeft gewonnen ;-)
