Kubica: "Ik ben geen seconde bezig met volgend jaar"

Renault-coureur Robert Kubica wordt in het geruchtencircuit gelinkt aan een overgang naar Ferrari voor volgend seizoen. De Pool laat alle speculatie langs zich heen gaan. Ik denk geen seconde aan volgend jaar of mijn toekomst.

Kubica vervolgt: Vorig jaar waren er al geruchten over Ferrari en dit jaar is dat weer het geval. Tot nu toe is het niet meer dan speculatie. We zien wel. Ik doe mijn best voor het team waar ik nu voor race en wat in de toekomst mogelijk gebeurt heeft geen invloed op mij.

Renault heeft Ferrari in het verleden verslagen, waarom zou dat niet opnieuw mogelijk zijn? Brawn GP bewees vorig jaar dat budget niet altijd doorslaggevend is. Renault had ook niet het meeste geld toen ze een paar jaar geleden de titel wonnen. Ik ben gelukkig bij Renault.
