Koningin van Nordschleife maakt WTCC-debuut

Sabine Schmitz debuteert later dit jaar in het World Touring Car Championship. Voor de ronde op de oude Nürburgring stapt ze in een Chevrolet Cruze van Münnich Motorsport. Schmitz staat bekend als 'de koningin van de Nordschleife'. Ze heeft de beruchte piste in de Duitse Eifel al talloze malen bedwongen en kijkt ernaar uit om zich met het WTCC-veld te meten.

    Hahaa, dít is wel een aanwinst van formaat. Volgens mij heeft van het huidige WTCC-veld behalve Tom Coronel en Rob Huff niemand ooit op de Nordschleife gereden, dus hier liggen kansen (als botsautootjes als Muller en Bennani haar er niet aframmen natuurlijk)
