Contract Sutil bij Sauber nog niet afgewikkeld

Het zou zomaar kunnen dat het team van Sauber op korte termijn weer naar de rechtbank moet vanwege een dispuut met een coureur. Adrian Sutil beschikte net als Giedo van der Garde over een geldig contract voor het seizoen 2015.

Terwijl de Nederlander in Australië frontaal de aanval zocht en een stoeltje op de grid probeerde af te dwingen, koos Sutil voor een meer subtiele aanpak. Achter de schermen ondernam zijn management pogingen om een schikking te treffen met Sauber.

Daar is tot op heden weinig van terecht gekomen. Manfred Zimmermann, zaakwaarnemer van Sutil, laat weten: "Helaas is de situatie nog ongewijzigd, er zit geen schot in de zaak. We praten nog steeds met Sauber om een oplossing te vinden."

Gratis tip voor Sutil: De chique weg werkt niet bij Sauber. Bij dat rattenteam van Plofkip Monisha moet je nou eenmaal de frontale aanval kiezen om iets te bereiken. Ik zou maar een rechtszaak aanspannen in Spanje en dreigen beslag te laten leggen op alle spullen.

    Gratis tip voor Sutil: De chique weg werkt niet bij Sauber. Bij dat rattenteam van Plofkip Monisha moet je nou eenmaal de frontale aanval kiezen om iets te bereiken. Ik zou maar een rechtszaak aanspannen in Spanje en dreigen beslag te laten leggen op alle spullen.

      #Saubergate2 zou normaal gesproken wel eens de nekslag kunnen zijn voor een team als Sauber als ome Bernie hen niet steunt. Misschien houdt ome Bernie Sauber in leven voor Volkswagen?

    Giedo heeft in Australie wel de frontale, publieke aanpak gebruikt, maar was toen al maanden op de achtergrond bezig met als voorbeeld de uitspraak van de Zwitserse rechters.
    Eens zien bij welke race Sauber nu weer wordt gesommeerd een en ander te regelen zodat Sutil kan rijden.

    Het zou zo kunnen zijn dat Sutil niet de financieele middelen heeft om tegen Sauber te gaan procederen, dit soort rechtzaken kost een hoop geld aan juridishe bijstand en proces kosten. Met het risico dat je verliest (we weten niet wat in zijn contact staat) en dan ook nog de proceskosten van de tegenpartij moet betalen.

      Sutil heeft vast wel de financiele middelen. Hoe sterk hij staat is natuurlijk een vraag waar maar weinig mensen een antwoord op kunnen hebben....

      Juridisch adviseurs of Advocaten kunnen daar heel goed antwoord op geven.
      Iedereen hier gaat er vanuit dat het weer zo'n selfde zaak als VDG is maar bij VDG ging het om het terugkrijgen van het gekochte stoeltje en bij Sutil gaat het om misgelopen inkomsten. Daarom kan je de zaken niet vergelijken.

    Huppa, en de volgende crisis voor Monisha. En terecht. Hoe ze met de carriere van rijders is omgesprongen is belachelijk.
    Geen medelijden meer voor Monisha en de top bij Sauber. Wat mij betreft wordt men de grond in geboord.

    Het zou jammer en vervelend zijn voor al het goede personeel van het team, en de rijders. Maar ik zie liever dat de top van het team, en Monisha en schijnheilige Herr Sauber voorop kopje onder gaan, en dat het team verkocht moet worden aan een nieuwe partij. Jammer voor het ooit zo leuke Sauber team, maar dat team is enkele jaren geleden al stilletjes gestorven. Dit team zoals het er nu staat voegt weinig toe aan F1, en brengt het vooral imago schade toe.
