Vier arrestaties in diefstal bekers Red Bull Racing

Vier mannen zijn door de Engelse politie opgepakt op verdenking van betrokkenheid bij de ramkraak op de fabriek van Red Bull Racing vorig jaar. Daarbij werden zo'n zestig trofeeën van de Oostenrijkse renstal ontvreemd, waarvan er later twintig zijn teruggevonden op de bodem van een meer.

Het BBC-programma Crimewatch TV besteedde aandacht aan de overval en meldt nu dat vier personen zijn aangehouden. De politie heeft de arrestaties nog niet bevestigd. Presentatrice Sonali Shah: "In januari deden we een beroep op de kijkers voor informatie over de diefstal van bekers uit het hoofdkwartier van Red Bull Racing in Milton Keynes. Het laatste nieuws is dat vier man zijn gearresteerd op verdenking van betrokkenheid bij deze zaak en in voorlopige hechtenis zitten."
